Order Tracker (track.safias.pk), operated by the store that runs it. Last updated: 11 October 2026
Order Tracker is a private tool used by online stores to track courier parcels, manage delivery and return statuses, and report problem parcels to couriers. This policy explains what information the tool handles and how.
If the account owner connects Google Drive, the tool asks for one permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets the tool create and manage only the files and folders it creates itself (a folder called “Order Tracker - Claim evidence” and the evidence files placed in it). It cannot see, read or change any other file in the Google Drive.
Only to run the tool: showing order statuses and statistics, producing claim reports, sending claim emails, and storing evidence for claims. We do not sell personal data and do not show advertising.
Only users the account owner has approved, according to their permissions. Parcel details and evidence links are shared with a courier only when a user sends a claim report to that courier.
Data is stored in a database on the hosting provider's servers. Passwords are stored as hashes, and secrets (email app password, Google tokens and client secret) are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data.
Order data is kept while the account is in use. Evidence files can be deleted at any time from the Claims page. The Google connection can be removed from the Drive page in the tool, or from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access. To ask for your data to be deleted, email [email protected].
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
