Order Tracker (track.safias.pk), operated by the store that runs it. Last updated: 11 October 2026
By using Order Tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
Order Tracker helps a store track courier parcels, record delivery and return statuses, and prepare claim or inquiry reports to couriers. It is provided for business use by people the account owner has approved.
Access is by invitation or approval. Keep your password private, and tell the account owner if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your login.
You keep ownership of your order data and evidence files. Files uploaded as claim evidence are stored in the Google Drive account connected by the account owner and are shared through “anyone with the link” links, so only send those links to people who should see them. You are responsible for deleting files once a claim is resolved.
The tool works with services such as courier APIs, Gmail and Google Drive. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Statuses and figures come from courier reports and user entries and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Check important figures against the courier's own records before relying on them for payments or claims.
The tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost parcels, or rejected claims arising from use of the tool.
We may suspend access that breaks these terms, and may change the tool or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
