Settings › Backup downloads a .sql.gz file with all of your store's data. Keep a copy somewhere safe (for example once a week, and before big changes).

To restore it, open phpMyAdmin in Hostinger and use Import. Restoring replaces the current data, so ask for help if unsure.

For order lists only, tick batches in Uploaded Files & Batches and download them as a zip; these files can be loaded back with Restore from Backup.
