Label designer: your own parcel labels

For admins

Design labels with a live preview: drag blocks, add fields like products and COD, pick the page size, save templates and choose them per courier.

Settings › Labels & printing holds your label templates. Every store starts with two: Standard (3 per A4 page, your store name on a black band, COD box, products, order barcode) and Thermal 4 × 6 (for label printers such as Zebra or Xprinter). The default template is used by every courier that has not picked another one.

Your templates with a preview, the courier each one is used by, and Edit / Copy / Make default / Delete.

Changing a label

  1. Press Edit on a template (or + New template and start from Standard, Thermal or a blank label).
  2. Tap a block on the label to select it. Drag it to move it; drag the green dot in its corner to resize it. On a computer the arrow keys nudge it (Shift = bigger steps).
  3. Change the selected block in the panel: its text, size, bold, CAPITALS, alignment, colour, a black band behind it, a border, or a line to write on when empty (handy for the tracking number).
  4. + Text, + Field…, + Barcode, + Box and + Line add blocks. ▲ ▼ put a block in front of or behind another; ⧉ copies it; ✕ removes it. Undo takes back the last change.
  5. Page sets the paper: A4 with 1, 2, 3 or 4 labels per page, or thermal 4 × 6 in, 100 × 150 mm or 4 × 4 in. The design scales to the new size.
  6. Preview with shows the label filled with a sample order or one of your recent bookings. 🖨️ Test print opens the real PDF.
  7. Press Save (or Save as new to keep the old one too). Couriers using the template print the new design from the next booking.

NoteLabels print Latin letters only. Urdu names print as "?" - ask customers for an English spelling, or keep the Urdu in your shop only.

Which courier prints which label

Under Which label each courier prints, choose per courier: Courier's label (PostEx airway bills; couriers whose booking returns a slip) or any of your templates. The same choice is on each courier's setup page, tab Label.

One choice per courier. Several couriers can share one template.
