Sales channels: Shopify, WooCommerce, your website, CSV

For admins

Where your orders come from, and where tracking numbers go back to after booking.

Settings › Sales channels lists your shops. The Book page loads orders from them, and after booking the tracking number goes back to the shop.

WooCommerce

  1. In WordPress: WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API › Add key, permission Read/Write.
  2. Here: Sales channels › + Add › WooCommerce › Credentials: your shop address, the consumer key and secret. Save.
  3. Open the test page: Credentials, then Read orders.

Custom store (your own website)

Give your developer the address and secret from the Webhooks tab. Each new order is POSTed as JSON with the header X-Api-Key: <secret> (or X-OT-Signature = HMAC-SHA256 of the body with the secret):

{"order_number": "1001", "name": "Ali Khan", "phone": "03001234567", "email": "[email protected]",
 "address": "House 1, Street 2, DHA", "city": "Lahore", "cod": 2500,
 "items": [{"name": "Kurta", "quantity": 2}], "note": "Call before delivery"}

Several at once: {"orders": [ ... ]}. The answer says how many were added. Optionally set "Your address for tracking updates" (Credentials): after booking we POST {order_number, tracking_number, courier, tracking_url} there, signed the same way.

CSV import

Add a CSV channel, open its Import tab, choose your file and press Read columns. Tell which column is the order number, name, phone, address, city, COD... (once), save, then Import orders. They appear on the Book page under that channel.

Two shops at once

Give each extra shop an order prefix (Orders & updates tab), for example WC-: WooCommerce order 1001 then becomes #WC-1001 and never clashes with Shopify's #1001. Your Order rules must then accept letters and dashes.
