Booking with Leopards and other API couriers

Couriers with an API recipe are booked straight from the Book page; the tracker prints the labels.

Leopards (and couriers the platform adds with an API recipe) are booked through the courier's own API: press Book selected and each order gets its tracking number at once. The tracker prints its own labels with that number; the courier's slip (when it sends one) is linked too.

  1. Set the courier up once: Settings › Couriers › Leopards › Credentials (API key and password from the courier's merchant portal), then its test page.
  2. On the Book page choose the courier for the orders and press Book selected.
  3. Press 🖨️ Print all. The courier's own slip is used when you chose Courier's label for it (Settings › Labels & printing), otherwise your template. The orders are updated in your shop with the tracking number and link.

The city must be one the courier serves; the tracker reads the courier's city list and matches it by name. Cancel in Recent bookings cancels at the courier too.

Statuses: on the courier's setup page › Activity, Check statuses now asks the courier about your open parcels and marks them delivered or returned.
