Finding and managing orders

Search, filter, change statuses, set tracking numbers, tag, report to the courier and export.

Search & Manage Orders on the dashboard is where you work on orders. Type or paste order numbers to list exactly those, type a pattern to match many, or leave it empty for everything.

Search results. Tick orders to act on them.

Filters and sorting

Press ⚙ Filter to narrow by status, what the courier says, courier (PostEx / TCS), claim, order number range, tracking number, city, who updated it, tags, comments, dates, days waiting and COD. The sentence under the search box always says what you are looking at.

The filter panel. Clear all filters returns to everything.

Acting on orders

Tick one or more orders, then open ⚡ Actions:

Actions for the ticked orders.
  • Change the status - Dispatched, Delivered, Return Claimed, Return Received, Lost (needs "Change Order Status").
  • Tags - Mark Return Damaged, Mark Replaced, or any tag of your own.
  • 🔗 Set tracking # - type or paste tracking numbers and choose the courier.
  • 📨 Report to courier - see Claims.
  • 🗑 Delete orders - removes them everywhere (admins should use this rarely).
Set tracking #: one box per order, or paste "order tracking" pairs.
TipAdding a tracking number to a TCS order that was printed without one completes its booking and fulfils it in Shopify.

Approving courier results

When the courier confirms a result that needs your approval, an Approve button appears on the row (and "Approve all courier-confirmed" above the list).

Notes and tags

The 💬 column opens comments and tags for an order, so the team can leave notes ("customer asked to deliver after 5pm").

Export CSV downloads the rows you have loaded.
