Logging in
- At your store's own address (for example yourstore.elahifoundation.org): log in with your username or email.
- At the main address: log in with your email and you are taken to your store. With a username, open "Logging in with a username?" and add your store code.
- Tick Keep me logged in for 30 days on your own phone or computer only.
Forgot your password?
Press Forgot password?, enter your email and open the link we send (it works for 60 minutes, once). Your store's admin can also set a new password for you in Team & permissions.
NoteAfter 5 wrong passwords for one account, logging in is paused for 15 minutes. Wait, or reset your password.
Your profile
Click your name (top right) › Profile to change your password and see your permissions. Changing the password signs out every device where you ticked "Keep me logged in". If you need more access, ask for it on this page; an admin approves it.
Joining a store
Your admin usually sends an invitation link by email: open it, choose a username and password, done. Some stores also let people sign up with the store code; new members start with no permissions until an admin grants them.
