Settings › Couriers & cities decides which courier the Book page fills in for every order.

Rules per courier

• only these cities - for example TCS: only Karachi, Hyderabad.
• all cities except these - for example PostEx: everywhere except Karachi and Hyderabad.
• nothing - never suggested.

Add cities from the list or paste several separated by commas. When a city is on an "only" list and also covered by an "all except" courier, the "only" courier wins. The counters show how many cities each courier gets and how many are not covered; when you save with uncovered cities, a window lists them so nothing is forgotten by accident.

Restricted cities

Cities you do not ship to (or only with care). Orders there are greyed with ⚠ on the Book page; the person booking can tick "ignore this warning" to book anyway.

Tracking links

Each courier's link prefix turns tracking numbers into clickable links in lists, claims and Shopify. The tracking number is added at the end.
