Plans (console › Plans)
Press + New plan: name, prices per month and year, free trial days, limits (orders a month, people; 0 = no limit), included features and visibility. Public plans appear on the pricing page and in every store's Billing page; hidden plans are for deals you set on a store by hand; retired plans stay with their stores but nobody new can choose them.
Switching billing on
- Create at least one public plan.
- Choose the plan new stores start on, the grace days after a missed payment, and fill in where stores send their payments (bank account, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast).
- Tick Billing is on and save. Every existing store starts its free trial now; the original store is always complimentary.
- Add the daily cron command shown there in Hostinger (Advanced › Cron Jobs) for renewal invoices and reminders. Billing emails go out with the original store's email settings.
Approving payments (console › Payments)
Waiting payments are at the top with the store, invoice, amount, reference and receipt. Check that the money arrived, then Approve: the store's plan is active at once and the store gets an email. Not received asks for a reason the store will see. Under Open invoices you can mark one paid (cash, cheque) or cancel it.
A store's plan by hand (console › Stores › Plan)
Give a special deal, extend a trial, set a paid-until date or make a store complimentary (free, no limits).
