Gmail App Password (2 minutes)

1. Sign in to your Gmail account and open myaccount.google.com › Security.
2. Turn on 2-Step Verification (Google requires it).
3. Search for App passwords, name it "Order Tracker", press Create.
4. Paste the 16-letter password into the tracker. Fill in the sending address, sender name, your courier's claims address and a signature, then Save and Send me a test email.

Daily summary and alerts

Tick Send a daily summary (yesterday's dispatches, deliveries, returns and what is still open) and/or alerts for orders that become Delayed, Return Claimed, Delayed Return or Lost. Leave "Send to" empty to email every admin.

Then add the two commands shown on the page in Hostinger › Advanced › Cron Jobs: the summary once a day, alerts every hour.
