Three tabs under Settings, like in Shopify:
- Plan - your current plan, what it includes, Upgrade, and every plan side by side (monthly or yearly).
- Usage - what you used and what is left: orders dispatched this month (counted again from the 1st), people, couriers, sales channels and file storage. A bar turns amber at 80% and red when full.
- Billing - the next invoice, your billing history with Pay, and the payments you sent.
Free trial
New stores start with a free trial. During the trial you can switch plans freely. When it ends an invoice is created; pay it to keep going.
Paying an invoice
- Billing tab › press Pay next to the invoice.
- Choose how you paid (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast). The account details are shown.
- Send the payment, using the invoice number as the reference if you can.
- Enter the transaction ID and amount, attach the receipt, and press Send for approval.
The platform confirms it (usually within a working day) and you get an email.
If a payment is late
A notice shows how many days are left. Everything keeps working during those days. After that your store becomes read-only until the payment is approved. Nothing is deleted.
Limits
Plans can limit orders per month, people, couriers, sales channels, file storage and some features. Couriers or shops a plan does not include show a 🔒 with an Upgrade link in the Add list.
Who sees these tabs: people with "Plan & billing: view"; paying and changing the plan needs "Plan & billing: pay & change plan" (owners have both).
